Terms of Purchase
I want you to feel confident and clear before you buy. These terms exist to set shared expectations, protect both of us, and make sure we start from a place of trust—without surprises.These Terms apply to all purchases, including digital products, Power Hours, and coaching services. Please read the section relevant to what you're purchasing.
Digital Products (No Refunds)
All digital products are non-refundable.Digital products provide immediate, full access to all materials at the time of purchase. Because access cannot be revoked or returned, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.
If you're unsure whether a digital product is right for you, I strongly encourage you to reach out before purchasing—I'm happy to help you decide.
Power Hours / 1:1 Sessions
Booked Power Hours and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable.If a true emergency prevents you from attending, you may reschedule one time only, provided reasonable advance notice is given. No-shows or additional reschedule requests are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
This policy exists to protect the time and availability required to do focused, high-quality work.
Coaching Programs (Higher-Ticket, Non-Refundable)
All coaching programs are non-refundable.Coaching requires significant advance preparation, reserved capacity, and ongoing commitment. Once a coaching engagement begins, that time and attention are set aside specifically for you and cannot be reassigned or recovered.
Coaching is a collaborative process, not a passive service. I bring experience, structure, perspective, and guidance. You bring effort, follow-through, decision-making, and implementation.
For that reason, coaching does not come with guaranteed outcomes.
Results vary widely and depend on many factors, including:
- Your consistency and willingness to take action
- The quality of decisions you make
- Your business context and constraints
- Market conditions and timing
By purchasing coaching, you explicitly acknowledge that coaching is non-refundable and that outcomes are ultimately the result of your work, and are not guaranteed.
Outcomes & Responsibility
I do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, performance improvements, or timelines.All products and services are designed to provide frameworks, insight, and guidance. What you achieve with them depends on how—and whether—you apply the work.

Coaching only works when both people are doing the work. If you're willing to show up, think critically, and take action, I will do my absolute best to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you make progress that actually matters.
